This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled on www.bubzio.store.

 

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, only if it has not been shipped yet.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at bubziodotcom@gmail.com with your order number.

If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at bubziodotcom@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

 

3. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a seller’s fault (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Baby feeding items (bottles, nipples, pacifiers)

Personal care products

Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

2. Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it takes a few days to reflect.
